====== Properties Tab ======

  * Topic Name - only names that do not conflict with already used names in the knowledge base will be allowed
  * Hyperlink - a hyperlink to an external document, url, etc.  Double-clicking this field will test the hyperlink. 
  * Description (hint) - this is the question that is asked for the data link.

Changes made on this tab are not committed until you press the accept button <nwbtn>accept button|common_132</nwbtn>

====== Arguments Tab ======

  * <nwbtn>delete button|common_107</nwbtn> delete the selected argument(s) - this button is enabled only when the selected argument is not in use at any place in the knowledge base.
  * <nwbtn>move up button|common_156</nwbtn> move the selected argument up in the list
  * <nwbtn>move down|common_157</nwbtn> move the selected argument down in the list
  * <nwbtn>documentation button|common_116</nwbtn> open the documentation for the selected argument
  * <nwbtn>hyperlink button|common_3</nwbtn> jump to the hyperlink for the selected argument
  * <nwbtn>edit button|common_7</nwbtn> edit the selected argument
  * <nwbtn>fuzzy argument button|common_98</nwbtn> create a new fuzzy argument
  * <nwbtn>crisp argument button|common_100</nwbtn>  create a new crisp argument
  * <nwbtn>choices to arguments button|common_161</nwbtn>  create new arguments based on the data link's choices
